Carl Francis is the Director of Communications for the National Football League Players Association. Formed in 1956, the NFLPA is a non-profit professional sports organization which protects the best interest and welfare of all NFL players. Raymond Willis, jr. was born 11/18/1970 in Newport news, Va. To Raymond and Arma Willis, Sr. He grew up in Mathews county, VA. And graduated in 1988 with an advance diploma from Mathews high school. He went to Virginia Union from 1988-89 on a tennis scholarship and then transferred to Christopher Newport University and graduated from CNU in 1993 with a BS in (political science and governmental administration. At CNU, he was a member of minority student association, pre-law society, and one of the founding members of Phi Beta Sigma chapter (Alpha,Alpha,Phi). Keith Powell, Board Member
Since 2002, Powell has worked as an assistant coach at T.C. Williams. He was part of former Titans head coach Riki Ellison's staff for one season (2002), then was a part of head coach Greg Sullivan's staff the following four years (2003 through '06). Powell, who was both an offensive coordinator and the offensive line coach during his time at T.C. Williams, wants to take over the work that former Wakefield coach Tim Churchill started in re-building the Warriors' program. Prior to his time as a T.C. assistant, Powell served as a member of the Wakefield High football staff from 1996 through 2001. He was head freshmen coach in both 1997 and 1998. Michele has a degree in Business with a concentration in Sales and Marketing. She has worked in the hospitality industry for the past 18 years. Currently she is the Senior Sales Manager with LTD Hospitality Group, LLC. Michele is responsible for the marketing of multiple hotel chains to include Hilton, Marriott and Starwood properties for the SE region of VA. She specializes in Corporate, Association and Government conference planning and execution. |
