Raymond Willis, Jr. believes he’s got big shoes to fill, walking in the footsteps of his dad, but as his favorite quote demonstrates, he aims to achieve that goal.

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Heritage Funding, Inc., Willis has to look no further than dad for a role model. “I want my legacy to be that I gave back to the world, like my father. My dad has been an influence in my life because of his community service.”
